Job :

As part of this role, your main tasks will be:

• Development of ServiceNow applications and modules that meet business needs (incident, request, change, problem management, etc.)
• Integration with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub (e.g.: LDAP, monitoring tools, CMDB, etc.)
• Configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules: Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management, etc.
• Automation of processes using JavaScript, Glide scripts, business rules, client scripts, scheduled jobs
• Performing unit tests, debugging, and quality validation of developments
• Technical support and close collaboration with functional and technical teams
• Writing technical documentation and applying good development practices
• Participation in version upgrades and maintenance of evolutions

Required profile :

Degree: Master's degree (Bac+5)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Required skills:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow (development, administration, customization)
• Solid skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts
• Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and ServiceNow integration tools (IntegrationHub, Orchestration)
• Understanding of ITIL best practices (incident, problem, change management...)
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and good communication skills
• Rigor and attention to detail to ensure the quality and sustainability of solutions
• Experience in an Agile environment

• Appreciated certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Additional appreciated skills:

• Service Portal development, Performance Analytics
• DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, automated testing in ServiceNow)
