We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to play a key role in designing, automating, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and software delivery processes. This position is ideal for a DevOps professional with deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices, who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and resilient platforms.
Main Job Reponsibilities :
- Lead DevOps Strategy & Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes. Champion DevOps best practices and foster a culture of continuous integration, delivery, and improvement across engineering teams.
- AWS Cloud Management: Architect, provision, and manage highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure within Amazon Web Services (AWS). Ensure optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with security standards.
- Container Orchestration: Deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes. Maintain cluster health, implement resilient deployment strategies, and troubleshoot complex microservices architectures.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure environments. (Ideally utilizing Terraform and exploring cloud-native management tools like Crossplane to extend Kubernetes capabilities.)
- System Monitoring & Observability: Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system outages. (Experience with tools like New Relic is highly preferred.)
- Collaboration & Support: Partner closely with software development, QA, and security teams to streamline deployments, resolve operational issues, and integrate DevSecOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Disaster Recovery & Reliability: Develop and test disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and incident response procedures to ensure maximum uptime and system reliability.
- Good communication, team player, thinks outside the box, open mind to AI use in workload.
