Job :

Define, design, and operate the CI/CD platform integrating Gitlab Ultimate in SaaS, as well as a whole suite of tools such as Gitlab-ci, Jenkins, AWX, ArgoCD, KeyCloak, HashiCorp Vault, SonarQube CE & EE, shared infrastructure Confluence, JIRA all deployed on GCP on a GKE cluster and monitored via our internal observability platform (Dynatrace / ELK / PagerDuty)

● Ensure 24/7 technical support (on-call duty), platform scalability, and maintain clear and detailed documentation.

● Work in close collaboration with product teams to optimize their user experience, promote, and ensure the large-scale adoption of best DevOps practices.

● Encourage autonomy and responsibility of product teams by offering our platform's services in self-service via our internal portal based on Backstage.io.

● Actively participate in defining the strategy and vision for continuous improvement of software engineering processes and methodologies

● Participate in the client's technical governance and stay at the forefront of Platform Engineering practices.

Required profile :

Graduate of a Bac+5 (Master's degree) from an engineering school or equivalent university with a specialization in computer science, or with equivalent significant experience

Experience: over 7 years in a similar position

Skills sought:

Must have:

● Significant experience as a DevOps engineer, particularly in setting up CI/CD pipelines and administering Gitlab.

● Good understanding of the development tools ecosystem, expertise in Git, building CI/CD pipelines (ansible, terraform, argocd, helm, etc.), Kubernetes, and GCP.

● Strong scripting (Python, Bash) and automation skills.
