Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as a Digital Program Manager. Based in Casablanca, you will lead strategic projects to accelerate our digital transformation.

Your role will be essential in defining and implementing the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maximizing the value brought by digital initiatives.

You will be responsible for coordinating complex digital programs, managing the project portfolio, optimizing processes, and adopting new technologies. This includes budget supervision, risk management, and leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Required profile :

A strong academic background at Master's degree level (Bac +5 and above) is required, ideally in fields such as Management, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Studies, or R&D.

Confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years in digital program management, ideally gained in the financial services sector, is a major asset.
