An ambitious, fast-growing company operating in the construction materials sales sector is hiring a Sales Director to strengthen its growth strategy and structure its commercial development.
Job :
- Define and implement the company's commercial strategy
- Manage, support, and motivate the sales team
- Identify new growth opportunities (new markets, clients, partnerships)
- Track performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure goals are met
- Negotiate major contracts with key clients
- Collaborate closely with finance and risk management departments.
Required profile :
- Higher education in sales, marketing, or equivalent
- Successful experience (minimum 10 years) in a similar role, ideally in the construction industry
- Excellent leadership skills and strong negotiation abilities
- Results-oriented with a performance-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and good understanding of sales techniques.
