Job :

Join our dynamic network in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as an INSURANCE AGENCY MANAGER. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead of a thriving agency in RABAT and drive its development.

Your main mission will be to ensure the profitable growth of the agency while providing excellent customer service. This will involve building and maintaining a high-performing team, optimizing the sales strategy, and proudly representing our brand.

Your responsibilities will include the operational and financial management of the agency, developing the client portfolio, managing and training sales teams, implementing company policies, and monitoring performance indicators.

  • Define and deploy the agency's sales strategy.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve set goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify new market opportunities.
  • Ensure the quality of customer service and policyholder satisfaction.
  • Manage the agency's budget and optimize costs.

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required for this position, ideally with a specialization in Insurance professions.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the insurance sector is essential, with previous successful experience in management and profit center management roles.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership, excellent sales and management skills. Proficiency in insurance products and sales techniques is crucial. High accuracy, the ability to analyze and make decisions, as well as excellent interpersonal skills will be major assets for success in this role. Good knowledge of the local market is a plus.
