We are opening our office in Morocco and are looking for our founding Office Director: the person who will manage the site's opening, build the team, and lead the ramp-up of production, in direct contact with management.

Job :

As the head of the Morocco office, you will open the site and co-build the firm with senior management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Office opening: You will manage the installation and operational launch of the site in Morocco
• Team building: You will recruit, onboard, and structure the team (several dozen employees from the first year)
• Management: You will supervise team leaders and employees
• Quality & Production: You will guarantee the required standards for audits, balance sheets, tax returns, and critical files.
• Industrialization & AI: You will deploy our Claude and PennyLane tools across the site and industrialize production.
• Management & Reporting: You will monitor indicators (capacity, deadlines, quality, recruitment) and report to management.

AI, A LEVER YOU WILL MANAGE

You are joining a firm that has chosen industrialization through AI. Our production relies on Claude agents and PennyLane to automate data entry and repetitive tasks. Your role will be to make these tools the site's competitive advantage: ensure reliability, save time, and multiply the team's capacity as it grows. You will manage this industrialization, not be subjected to it.

Required profile :

Our ideal profile:

• Proven management experience (8 to 10 years) of a team or site in a firm, accounting service center, or offshore/BPO structure.
• You have already opened, set up, or significantly developed a team from scratch - ideally several dozen people.
• Excellent technical mastery of French accounting standards: audits, balance sheets, tax returns.
• Solid experience in recruiting and HR structuring for a rapidly growing team.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to embody and disseminate the firm's standards.
• Long-term vision: you want to build and lead an expanding center for the long term.

Education:

DEC, DSCG, or equivalent management experience. French accounting expertise highly appreciated.
