We are opening our office in Morocco and are looking for our founding Office Manager: the person who will oversee the opening of the site, build the team, and lead the ramp-up of production, in direct liaison with management.


Job :

As the head of the Morocco office, you will open the site and co-build the firm with general management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office opening: You will oversee the installation and operational launch of the site in Morocco
  • Team building: You will recruit, onboard, and structure the team (several dozen employees from the first year)
  • Management: You will supervise team leaders and employees
  • Quality & production: You will ensure the required standards for audits, balance sheets, tax returns, and key files.
  • Industrialization & AI: You will deploy our Claude and PennyLane tools at the site level and industrialize production.
  • Management & reporting: You will monitor indicators (capacity, deadlines, quality, recruitment) and report to management. 

AI, A LEVER YOU WILL CONTROL:

You are joining a firm that has chosen industrialization through AI. Our production relies on Claude agents and PennyLane to automate data entry and repetitive tasks. Your role will be to make these tools the site's competitive advantage: improve reliability, save time, and multiply the team's capacity as it grows. You will manage this industrialization, not be subjected to it.


Required profile :

Our ideal profile:

  • Proven experience (8 to 10 years) in managing a team or site in a firm, accounting service center, or offshore/BPO structure.
  • You have already opened, set up, or significantly developed a team from scratch - ideally several dozen people.
  • Excellent technical mastery of French standards: auditing, balance sheets, tax returns.
  • Solid experience in recruitment and HR structuring of a rapidly growing team.
  • Assertive leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to embody and spread the firm's standards.
  • Long-term vision: you want to build and lead an expanding center over the long term.
  • Perfect command of French, both spoken and written, with complete ease in direct communication with our French clients.

Education:

DEC, DSCG, Master CCA or equivalent management experience. French accounting expertise is highly appreciated.
