Job :

• Define the creative vision and strategic direction of the agency's projects.
• Design and implement creative strategies aligned with client and company objectives.
• Supervise and support creative and strategy teams to ensure innovative and impactful concepts.
• Define, validate, and evolve the creative guidelines for campaigns.
• Manage, recruit, and develop a team of designers and creative strategists.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust priorities as needed.
• Lead interactions with influencers, advertisers, agencies, publishers, editorial teams, and marketing teams.
• Brief internal teams and external partners (creative, production, etc.) to ensure the quality of deliverables.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School (ISCAE, ENCG, HEM, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of Arabic, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Driver's license B and personal vehicle are essential.
• Availability for business travel.
• Strong ability to design and lead creative strategies and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of social networks (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Blogs) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Excellent skills in writing strategic recommendations in Arabic, French, and English.
• Leadership, creativity, business acumen, autonomy, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
