Site Director - Tunis

A multinational company is recruiting a Site Director.

Job :

You are responsible for the factory's operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products in line with company requirements, customer commitments, local regulatory requirements, and group operational standards.

You ensure the general management of the site across all activities: production, packaging, storage, warehousing, shipping, maintenance coordination, quality, HSSE, human resources management, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Within the framework of the Joint Venture and considering the operational control exercised by one of the JV entities, you must also ensure compliance with applicable governance requirements, delegation of powers, reporting obligations, confidentiality principles, and the separation of legal entities specific to the joint venture.

Required profile :

• Significant experience in industrial site management.
• Experience in a plant for oil packaging, energy, chemicals, consumer goods manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment is strongly desired.
• Solid experience in HSSE leadership, operational excellence, quality management, maintenance coordination, and human resources management.
• Experience in a multinational, matrix, or joint venture environment would be an asset.
• Experience in audits, Management of Change, incident investigations, risk management, and continuous improvement programs.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with multiple support functions.
