Reporting to the INDUSTRIAL DIRECTOR, you will be responsible for all maintenance activities for site utilities (WTP and scrap preparation equipment) and machinery, as well as internal logistics.
In this role, your missions will be:
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the maintenance activities for site utilities (WTP and scrap preparation equipment) and machinery, as well as internal logistics, while ensuring compliance with performance objectives and quality, safety & health, environmental, and energy requirements, as well as all regulatory and standard requirements associated with the products.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSE) rules;
• Ensure the availability and conformity of all safety equipment for the individual and collective protection of employees and machines;
• Implement and monitor the internal logistics performance policy for the site;
• Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the various equipment and materials;
• React in case of malfunctions of installations or equipment (Machinery and scrap preparation equipment) and resolve problems quickly;
• Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of spare parts and maintenance tools;
• Monitor interventions carried out, propose improvements to the performance of machines and installations in terms of costs and utilization rates;
• Manage the maintenance budget for site utilities and machinery;
• Ensure technological watch and technical document management;
• Negotiate and manage investment projects and new works;
• Promote the involvement and participation of team members in achieving group objectives;
• Develop an adapted evolution strategy;
• Manage pressure and teams under responsibility for the operationalization of the strategy;
• Ensure that no malfunction disrupts the production tool;
• Evaluate employee performance;
• Assess employee skills and versatility;
• Conduct training and experience-sharing sessions;
• Request continuous training from HR for different disciplines;
• Identify and request technical resources needed to achieve the objectives of the utilities and machinery department.
Mechanical Engineer with a specialized master's degree in logistics:
• Master the industrial process and the main technologies of each entity;
• Design and improve maintenance procedures;
• Develop a preventive maintenance schedule: anticipate, plan, and manage priorities;
• Ensure the safety of interventions and systems (compliance) and facilitate equipment interventions;
• Apply and enforce technical and regulatory requirements;
• Master CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System);
• Master industrial logistics;
• Master IMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001)
