ExeKutive Finance Director (M/F) - Casablanca

As part of strengthening its financial governance and growth ambitions, it is looking for its future Finance Director.

Job :

Main tasks:

• Analyze the company's financial and tax situation and propose suitable strategic directions.
• Develop the annual budget and financial plan in line with management's objectives.
• Manage treasury and analyze variances compared to forecasts.
• Implement and optimize administrative, financial, and accounting procedures.
• Check and approve legal commitments (contracts, agreements, etc.).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain continuous legal and tax monitoring.
• Coordinate administrative and financial departments, interacting with other departments (HR, technical, IT, etc.).
• Supervise management control (budgets, reporting, planning).
• Establish performance indicators and provide regular reporting to General Management.
• Analyze internal and external data to anticipate market and sector changes.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) minimum in finance, management, accounting, or economics (additional training in law or HR is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of confirmed experience, ideally in a large organization.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills.
• Organized, rigorous, and responsive.
