Industrial Director - Gouvernorat de Nabeul

As part of strengthening our industrial organization, we are looking for an Industrial Director capable of driving the overall performance of the site and supporting its transformation in a demanding agri-food environment.

Job :

Reporting to the Site Director, the Industrial Director is responsible for the operational performance of the site. They ensure the achievement of objectives in terms of safety, quality, productivity, costs, deadlines, and team development, while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Main responsibilities

Participate in the definition and implementation of the site's industrial strategy.
Lead the Process, Production, Utility, and Preventive Maintenance departments.
Corrective Maintenance and Maintenance Methods and TPM.
Ensure the safety of employees and promote a strong HSE culture.
Optimize production costs and sustainably improve industrial performance.
Develop a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement culture.
Prepare and monitor operating and investment budgets (Capex/Opex).
Lead industrialization and development projects.
Analyze performance indicators and implement appropriate action plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, HSE, and Quality standards.
Manage, develop, and support industrial teams.
Ensure effective collaboration with the Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, HR, Finance, Sales, and Industrial Performance departments.

Required profile :

- Engineering degree in Food Industry from ESIAT.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, including at least 5 years in an Industrial Director or Production Director role.
- Experience in the agri-food industry is highly desirable.

Technical skills
- Industrial site management.
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen.
- Budget management (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Industrial project management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and performance analysis tools.
- Good knowledge of quality and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in French and English.
