ExeKutive Legal and Administrative Director - Casablanca

Dans le cadre de son développement, une grande entreprise recherche un Directeur Juridique et Administratif.

Job :

Main tasks:

• Manage pre-litigation and litigation cases (social and commercial), working with lawyers and operational teams.
• Control the company's legal commitments by approving all contracts.
• Analyze contractual documents and associated risks.
• Ensure compliance with legislation applicable to the company's activities and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Respond to legal inquiries and participate in negotiations for all types of agreements and contracts.
• Conduct legal consulting and audit missions.
• Supervise administrative management procedures.
• Coordinate different administrative departments and ensure regular collaboration with other departments (Human Resources, Sales, Technical, etc.).
• Implement indicators needed to track activities and report to General Management.

Required profile :

• Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law, preferably Business Law, with additional training in Human Resources or Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken command of Arabic and French.
• Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
