Success in this role involves excellently managing cleaning operations, ensuring impeccable service quality, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. You will actively contribute to our company's performance and image.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Supervising and managing cleaning teams.
  • Developing and implementing action plans to optimize services.
  • Monitoring the quality of services provided and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Managing budgets allocated to cleaning operations.
  • Customer relations and managing any disputes.
  • Planning and monitoring interventions.

Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in fields related to Concierge Services / Security / Cleaning.

Solid experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles is essential. Recognized expertise in managing teams and cleaning operations will be a major asset.
