Your main tasks will include:
- Supervising and managing cleaning teams.
- Developing and implementing action plans to optimize services.
- Monitoring the quality of services provided and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Managing budgets allocated to cleaning operations.
- Customer relations and managing any disputes.
- Planning and monitoring interventions.
Required profile :
To be considered for this position, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in fields related to Concierge Services / Security / Cleaning.
Solid experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles is essential. Recognized expertise in managing teams and cleaning operations will be a major asset.
