Job :

You are involved in the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of the establishment's pedagogical project.

Through your actions and your example, you actively contribute to the concrete improvement of the establishment's educational quality. You ensure the quality of teaching, support the educational teams, and contribute to the smooth pedagogical functioning of the establishment, in coordination with the General Director. You play a central role in coordinating teachers, communicating with families, and representing the establishment pedagogically to institutional partners. You ensure the creation and maintenance of a right balance between respect for discipline and the personal development of students.

Main responsibilities.

Pedagogical Management.

  • Be a key player in the establishment's pedagogical project,
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of pedagogical practices,
  • Support teachers in applying national and international pedagogical standards where applicable,
  • Supervise the pedagogical organization of cycles and levels,
  • Contribute to pedagogical innovation and continuous improvement,
  • Actively participate in the animation of the Establishment Council,
  • Lead the pedagogical community of the establishment,
  • Ensure strict compliance with the establishment's internal regulations,
  • Design, write, and maintain all materials, documents, and procedures necessary for the proper pedagogical management of the establishment.

Team Management and Support.

  • Supervise, support, and assist teachers in their pedagogical practices,
  • Organize and lead all pedagogical meetings,
  • Contribute to the integration and support of new teachers,
  • Lead trainer training, conduct training in your areas of expertise,
  • Lead and participate in the pedagogical evaluation of teachers.

Student Monitoring.

  • Ensure the pedagogical monitoring of students,
  • Participate in managing specific educational situations,
  • Contribute to the implementation of actions promoting academic success and student well-being,
  • Supervise and develop occasional and regular extracurricular activities.

Family Relations.

  • Participate in communication with families and the parent-teacher association.
  • Contribute to resolving pedagogical or educational situations,
  • Represent the establishment at pedagogical meetings or events.

Institutional Coordination.

  • Ensure pedagogical relations with educational authorities, institutional partners, and external stakeholders,
  • Ensure compliance with the specifications of the Moroccan Ministry of National Education.

Health, Safety, and School Environment.

  • Ensure the application of hygiene and safety rules within the establishment,
  • Participate in improving the school environment,
  • Pay particular attention to the safety and well-being of students.

Representation of the Establishment.

  • Participate in institutional and pedagogical meetings.
  • Occasionally undertake professional travel in the region.

Required profile :

Education.

  • Degree in education, pedagogy, educational sciences, or educational management,
  • Meet the criteria of the Moroccan Ministry of National Education's specifications for pedagogical management positions.

Experience.

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a pedagogical coordination role (Director or Head of Pedagogy),
  • 8 to 10 years of teaching experience,

Language Skills.

  • Arabic: perfect mastery.
  • French: perfect mastery.
  • English: B1 level minimum.

Management Skills.

  • Strong team management skills,
  • Analytical and decision-making abilities,
  • Organizational skills and rigor,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Conflict resolution skills,

Job Skills.

  • Perfect understanding of how schools operate,
  • Mastery of the daily pedagogical management of a school,
  • Mastery of pedagogical frameworks,
  • Management of pedagogical projects,
  • Ability to manage complex pedagogical situations,
  • Teaching methods and techniques for preschool, primary, middle, and high school.
  • Design of training sequences,
  • Perfect writing skills in Arabic and French.

  • Category B driving license required,
