Job :

Reporting to the Deputy CEO in charge of operations, the Regional Director - Casablanca & Center has the following main responsibilities:
1. Territorial representation, development, and institutional relations

• Promote the company's expertise, visibility, and image in the managed region;
• Promote the managed industrial activity zones;
• Represent the company, at the request of management, on various occasions and in various bodies to enhance the company's visibility and image and to be the company's spokesperson on regional occasions;
• Ensure relations with the region's territorial and institutional stakeholders and commercial partners;

2. Commercial strategy, project development, and operational management

• Participate in defining the various components of projects with the origination and business development function;
• Participate in the development of the commercial strategy and ensure its deployment at the regional level;

• Oversee the execution of all operational activities in the managed region in terms of marketing and project management;
• Coordinate and monitor work in terms of deadlines and quality;
• Ensure the efficiency, profitability, and quality of services provided in the region's parks;
• Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality of products and services provided in the region.
• Drive the performance and value creation of the regional portfolio (commercial, operational, investments, cash, risks, and investor/customer satisfaction).

3. Governance, risk management, and management systems

• Ensure the implementation of procedures, internal memos, various current charters, and the company's code of ethics;
• Monitor the company's operational and financial risks, in accordance with current delegations;
• Master the management of relations with regional, local, and institutional authorities, as well as coordination with public actors in the territory.
• Implement and manage a consolidated regional dashboard, integrating commercial performance, park management performance/quality, project progress, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the regional implementation of ESG commitments.
• Lead the development of operational objectives and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the management system under its responsibility;
• Act by delegation, with decision-making autonomy in the operational and commercial management of the scope, in compliance with current delegations;
• Lead and chair a Regional Steering Committee, involving key stakeholders (commercial, operational, development, finance, and support functions as needed), to ensure necessary decisions, formalize decisions, and guarantee their traceability and follow-up.

4. Team management and talent development
• Strengthen and develop regional leadership (commercial / park management)
• Supervise, lead, and motivate regional operational teams and ensure their performance;
• Ensure a motivating work environment and professional development for employees;
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Graduate of a top business or engineering school, or equivalent (Master's degree or equivalent).
• Proven professional experience of at least 15 years, including at least 8 years in senior management or leadership roles, with management of multidisciplinary teams and complex areas;
• Solid experience in multi-project environments, ideally in the fields of development, industrial real estate, infrastructure, territorial development, or asset management;
• Good knowledge of institutional, territorial, and economic issues, as well as relations with public and private stakeholders;
• Experience gained in a regionalized environment is required.

Skills required for the position

Technical

• Confirmed experience in managing activities in regions, based on a thorough knowledge of territorial ecosystems and proven institutional relationships with local authorities and public actors in the region.
• Excellent command of complex project management, from the design phase through to delivery and operation;
• Solid understanding of architectural, technical, and regulatory aspects related to development and construction projects (urban planning, operations management, current standards and regulations);
• Ability to structure, analyze, and manage business plans, operating and investment budgets, with a keen understanding of profitability and performance issues;
• Mastery of tender procedures, contract monitoring, cost control, and payment reconciliation;
• Ability to implement management tools, reporting, and dashboards focused on performance, risks, and customer satisfaction;
• Good understanding of information systems and their role in operational and decision-making management;
• Sensitivity to ESG issues, sustainable development, and territorial responsibility.
