Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, une institution de référence accueillant du public recrute un Directeur Technique chargé de piloter et superviser l'ensemble des activités techniques liées à l'exploitation, à la maintenance et au développement de ses infrastructures.
Rattaché à la Direction, vous garantissez la fiabilité des installations, la sécurité des personnes et des biens, ainsi que la conformité réglementaire des équipements et bâtiments. Vous contribuez également à l'amélioration continue des infrastructures et à la qualité des conditions d'accueil et de travail.
Job :
Main Missions
Technical maintenance management: define and implement preventive and curative maintenance strategy for facilities, plan and monitor technical interventions, anticipate equipment failure risks, and ensure continuity of infrastructure operation.
Management of technical works and projects: supervise development, renovation, and improvement works of infrastructures, coordinate different trades (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, building, etc.), ensure technical monitoring of construction sites, and guarantee quality and conformity of achievements.
Management and organization of technical teams: manage internal teams, organize intervention schedules, define operational priorities, support skills development, and ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures.
Management of technical service providers and partners: select, coordinate, and control technical service providers, monitor the execution of maintenance contracts and interventions, and ensure compliance with deadlines, safety standards, and quality of services.
Safety of installations and regulatory compliance: ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards, supervise mandatory periodic checks, and implement necessary actions to prevent technical risks.
Budget management and resource optimization: prepare and monitor the technical budget (maintenance, works, energy), analyze energy consumption, identify cost optimization opportunities, and provide regular reporting to management on the status of facilities and ongoing projects.
Required profile :
Education:
State engineering degree in maintenance, technical engineering, electromechanics, building, or equivalent.
Experience:
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role.
Experience in an environment welcoming the public or in a complex structure is appreciated.
Experience in managing technical teams and supervising service providers.
Management of works and technical project monitoring.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to public access establishments.
Technical and budgetary analysis skills.
