Job :

As part of our development, we are looking for operations directors.

Your mission will be:

  • To ensure the smooth daily operation of the clinic and coordinate the various medical and administrative departments
  • To participate in defining and implementing the establishment's development strategy.
  • To collaborate closely with the medical director to ensure optimal patient care.
  • To oversee various departments: Reception, admissions, billing, cash desk, and relations with partners.
  • To ensure the proper application of internal policies
  • To ensure compliance with health standards, regulations, and continuous process improvement
  • To prepare and monitor the budget, optimize resources, and ensure profitability.
  • To lead and motivate administrative and technical teams, manage schedules and training.
  • To monitor and analyze performance indicators and propose corrective actions
  • To develop strategic partnerships and represent the clinic to authorities and external partners.

Required profile :

  • Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, finance, health administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role, experience in the healthcare sector is preferable but not essential.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Management skills to handle a demanding environment.
  • Ability to manage sites at very different stages simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills.
  • Initiative.
