Groupe Colombine is a multi-activity group based in Cayenne, French Guiana. A recognized player in its sector, we are recruiting our future Director of Operations to manage our growth and drive operational excellence at all levels.

Job :

Reporting directly to General Management, you will manage commercial performance, organize teams, optimize processes, and supervise the Group's production units. You will be the driving force behind our operational excellence.

Commercial Performance

• Manage the commercial strategy and ensure the achievement of turnover objectives
• Monitor KPIs and implement necessary corrective actions
• Develop and retain the client and partner portfolio

Team Management & Organization

• Supervise and lead commercial and production teams
• Set objectives, ensure follow-up and evaluation of employees
• Instill a culture of performance, rigor, and continuous improvement

Inventory & Procurement Management

• Supervise inventory and ensure resource availability
• Implement monitoring indicators and optimize flows
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure reliability and continuity

Process Improvement

• Identify areas for improvement and implement concrete action plans
• Structure internal processes to gain efficiency and productivity
• Ensure sector monitoring and integrate best practices

Quality & Production

• Lead quality initiatives within production units
• Ensure product and service compliance with Group standards
• Supervise production units, optimize capacities, and reduce costs
• Manage investment and modernization projects
   

Required profile :

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

open to candidates with international mobility, particularly those based in Morocco

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in management, commerce, industrial management, or equivalent
2. Significant experience in an operational or commercial management position
3. Experience in the health or medical sector: a real plus!
