Join our exceptional establishment in the heart of Marrakech, a major player in the hotel and restaurant industry. We are looking for a visionary Human Capital Director to lead our HR strategy and actively contribute to our continued success.
Your role will be to manage all human resources policies and practices, in line with the company's strategic goals. You will ensure the creation of a stimulating and high-performing work environment, promoting talent development and team engagement.
Your duties will include developing and implementing recruitment, training, and career management policies. You will lead the compensation and benefits strategy, as well as performance management and organizational development. Promoting a strong and inclusive company culture will also be at the heart of your responsibilities.
- Define and deploy the overall HR strategy.
- Manage employee recruitment, training, and development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits policy.
- Support change and organizational development.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in social matters.
Required profile :
A Master's degree or higher is required, ideally with further education in human resources, social law, or management.
With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in HR roles, ideally gained in the hotel and restaurant or service sector, you have proven expertise in team management and leading large-scale HR projects.
- Strong leadership and strategic vision.
