Job :
- Mastery of the Product development process in the automotive industry
- Role and responsibilities of a DRE (Design Release Engineer)
- Mastery of APQP management and project milestone management
- Knowledge of PPAP process and supplier validation
- Bill of Materials (BOM) management
- Technical change management (ECR, ECO, ISSUE, LA)
- 3D design and drawing creation using CATIA V5/V6
- Advanced mastery of ENOVIA / PLM/ DOCINFO tools..
- Advanced mastery of the product lifecycle
- Analysis and validation of supplier technical documentation (PCP, CTF, RCM)
- Reviews and validation of digital mock-ups (DMU) with stakeholders
- Knowledge of functional dimensioning and geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
- Risk analysis during project milestones
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools (8D, 5S, DMAIC, ISO 9001)
- KPI monitoring (QCD, OTD, FTQ, FRT, dashboards..)
- Coordination with cross-functional teams (Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Production)
- Mastery of Vehicle and silhouette Base systems (Strong knowledge of chassis is a plus)
- Team management, quality analysis of internal deliverables
- Problem-solving and feedback on client projects
- Behavioral questions: leadership, communication, conflict management, prioritization, and work in a multicultural environment.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- PLM mastery
- Cross-functional coordination
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Good level of French and English
