Job :

  • Mastery of the Product development process in the automotive industry
  • Role and responsibilities of a DRE (Design Release Engineer)
  • Mastery of APQP management and project milestone management
  • Knowledge of PPAP process and supplier validation
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) management
  • Technical change management (ECR, ECO, ISSUE, LA)
  • 3D design and drawing creation using CATIA V5/V6
  • Advanced mastery of ENOVIA / PLM/ DOCINFO tools..
  • Advanced mastery of the product lifecycle
  • Analysis and validation of supplier technical documentation (PCP, CTF, RCM)
  • Reviews and validation of digital mock-ups (DMU) with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of functional dimensioning and geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Risk analysis during project milestones
  • Knowledge of automotive quality tools (8D, 5S, DMAIC, ISO 9001)
  • KPI monitoring (QCD, OTD, FTQ, FRT, dashboards..)
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams (Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Production)
  • Mastery of Vehicle and silhouette Base systems (Strong knowledge of chassis is a plus)
  • Team management, quality analysis of internal deliverables
  • Problem-solving and feedback on client projects
  • Behavioral questions: leadership, communication, conflict management, prioritization, and work in a multicultural environment.

Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • PLM mastery
  • Cross-functional coordination
  • Autonomy and proactivity
  • Good level of French and English
