Job :

The service will consist of:

● developing user stories for the sprint with unit testing.

● implementing automated tests under ATF

● bringing necessary technical skills, especially in grooming meetings

● analyzing production feedback to provide fixes if necessary.

The project is based on ServiceNow, so you will need skills in ITSM (RITM/TASK) and CSM (Case) modules, which are the 2 modules currently used.

Required profile :

Bac+5 degree (engineering school or university) in IT, or equivalent experience. 3 to 7 years of experience in Solution Expertise (publisher).

Experience in the retail / mass distribution sector would be an advantage.

Nice to Have

● Master the functional and technical architecture of the software solution (ERP, CRM, specific SaaS) to exploit its full potential.

● Configure and set up modules and workflows in line with business processes and technical specifications.

● Manage Release Management: monitor updates, analyze the impact of new features, and coordinate version upgrades.

● Conduct technical demonstrations (POC) and prototypes to validate the solution's suitability for future needs.

● Diagnose and resolve complex incidents (L3) related to the software solution's configuration or limitations.

● Collaborate with the publisher for bug tracking and influencing the product roadmap.

● Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and orally in French for smooth interactions with the business and teams

● Analyze situations and propose suitable solutions while identifying areas for improvement

● Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence

● Actively collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and foster a collective spirit to achieve common goals

● Apply a continuous improvement mindset to optimize practices and results
