Job :

As part of strengthening its activities, our client is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to ensure the overall management of infrastructure, technical operations, development projects, and compliance of facilities.
Reporting to the Operations Department, the position holder will be responsible for the proper functioning of technical equipment, supervision of service providers, compliance with safety and quality standards, and budget management for general services.
The position requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent command of ISO standards as well as EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements, ideally in a BPO, service center, or data center environment.

1. Technical Operations Management

Ensure daily operation of technical facilities:

HVAC / Air Conditioning
Electrical Networks
UPS
BMS
Fire detection and safety systems (FAS)


Define and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Analyze technical incidents and implement necessary corrective actions.
Supervise maintenance providers and ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA).
Evaluate plans, specifications, technical proposals, and project specifications related to facilities.
Monitor infrastructure performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.
Control energy consumption and implement optimization actions.
Ensure the maintenance and updating of all technical documentation and maintenance records.


2. Infrastructure and Development Project Management

Manage site extension, renovation, redevelopment, and fit-out projects.
Coordinate all stakeholders: internal teams, architects, engineering firms, contractors, and suppliers.
Supervise work related to facilities:

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
IT Cabling
Electrical Distribution
Building Automation


Conduct site inspections and quality audits during execution phases.
Manage purchase requests as well as installation, testing, and commissioning of technical equipment.
Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical site assessments.
Organize acceptance and handover operations to operations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and quality standards.


3. Regulatory Compliance and ISO Audit Management

Ensure facilities and processes comply with applicable ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
Keep all required documents up to date:

Control Records
Authorizations
Calibration Certificates
Training Plans
Audit Reports


Participate in internal and external audits as well as client inspections.
Implement corrective and preventive actions following audits.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.


4. Budget Management

Develop and monitor the annual operating budget and investments (CAPEX).
Control operational expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Analyze supplier quotes and negotiate contractual terms.
Ensure tracking of invoices, maintenance contracts, energy consumption, and project expenses.
Ensure compliance with approved budgets.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management.


5. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Deploy and monitor safety procedures, emergency plans, and fire protection systems.
Organize safety audits, risk assessments, and evacuation drills.
Monitor the safety compliance of service providers and technical interventions.
Lead investigations in case of incidents and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
Develop a strong safety culture within the teams.
Train employees on operational procedures and safety instructions.


6. General Services Management (Soft Services)

Supervise providers for:

Security
Cleaning
Cafeteria/pantry management


Monitor quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Ensure tracking of consumables and equipment stock.
Ensure the quality of reception services and compliance with company standards.
Regularly evaluate supplier performance through defined KPIs.


7. Client Relations and Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations related to infrastructure and general services.
Ensure regular communication on:

Technical operations
Incidents
Energy consumption
Equipment performance
Project progress


Required profile :

Education

Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Certifications in Facility Management, Project Management, or Health & Safety are a plus.

Experience

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing general services and infrastructure.
Experience desired in a BPO, service center, call center, or data center environment.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MEP systems and building automation solutions.
Excellent knowledge of the following standards:

ISO 9001
ISO 14001
ISO 45001


Good command of CMMS, CAFM, and BMS tools.
Solid experience in technical and development project management.

Behavioral Skills

Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
