Job :

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be involved in tax consulting missions assigned to the firm.
You will be asked to:
• Conduct tax studies (tax optimization and security of legal structures, management of issues related to international taxation: transfer pricing, double taxation, etc.)
• Carry out tax diagnostics and audits and propose tax recommendations;
• Be involved in group taxation (Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructuring);
• Participate in organization missions within the framework of clients' personal or wealth taxation;
• Conduct and monitor tax audits and litigation procedures;
• Draft tax information for clients;
• Participate in the updating of internal tax documentation;
• Ensure tax monitoring of the firm's files.
Finally, you will be asked to handle foreign exchange regulation missions by taking charge of litigation, specific authorization requests, etc...;

Required profile :

You have a higher education degree (Bac + 5 minimum) with a specialization in taxation and have more than 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position.
In constant contact with international clients, perfect command of French and English is essential.
With excellent interpersonal skills, your customer service orientation and your listening skills are necessary to succeed in your mission.
Rigorous and organized, your analytical skills and your writing abilities are key to your success.
