Rates Manager - Casablanca

Job :

The Rates Manager is responsible for managing one or more Rates funds or pools under the supervision of their hierarchy, in line with the assigned objectives while optimizing the risk/return profile;

• Ensure the optimization and management of the treasury for all funds managed by CDG Capital Gestion;
• Manage one or more Rates portfolios or pools under the supervision of their hierarchy, optimizing the risk/return profile;
• Monitor the Rates market;
• Negotiate purchase/sale transactions under the best conditions;
• Contribute to the development of "Rates Market" reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly);
• Produce analyses of reports, summary notes, and recommendations on economic sectors and debt securities;
• Develop decision-support tools;
• Analyze and monitor the performance of assets under management, particularly in relation to benchmarks (indices, competitors, etc.);
• Prepare client investment committees;

Required profile :

Profile sought:

Graduate of a top engineering/business school. 2 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.

Required skills for the position:

• Knowledge of the financial market;

• Knowledge of UCITS management business;

• Knowledge of portfolio management techniques;

• Knowledge of financial mathematics and fundamental analysis;

• Good command of database management software, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint;

• Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.
