Job :

  • Manage the medical coverage scheme for all permanent employees and retirees, by ensuring the administrative follow-up of memberships, reimbursements, and benefits.
  • Ensure the proper application of the leave management process and the control of absences in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly reports related to leave and absences.
  • Establish, verify, and ensure the processing, within the required deadlines, of human resources related forms and documents.
  • Assist the Occupational Physician in organizing and monitoring Alcohol and Drug (A&D) tests.
  • Ensure the monitoring of staff attendance and establish timekeeping and attendance reports.

Required profile :

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social affairs management.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and social protection.
