Job :

The Purchasing and Decarbonation Service Center covers all transversal activities of the Purchasing department: IT, security, compliance, CSR, processes, supplier enrollment, Purchasing innovation, reporting, internal control, and procurement management. The Purchasing Manager will be functionally attached to the Procurement team, within the Purchasing and Decarbonation Service Center of the Purchasing department, and will join the Purchasing Manager already present within BTechnologies.

 

Management of the procurement process

  • Manual control and processing of purchase requisitions without a contract and not eligible for RPA/AI Robot.
  • Supervision of automated purchase requisitions.
  • Processing of ByGDA tickets.
  • Processing of order modifications and cancellations.
  • Automation of purchase requisitions via SAP contract.

Contract database management

  • Extension of contracts in consultation with buyers and/or operational staff.
  • Creation, modification, and deletion of SAP contracts.
  • Consistency check between contract data and supplier data in SAP.
  • Participation in the project to improve the quality of contract data.

Support for operational staff and buyers

  • Support for users and buyers on SAP and the purchasing procurement process.
  • Analysis of malfunctions, incident tracking, and validation of fixes.
  • Occasional analyses upon request.

Reporting and continuous improvement

  • Proposal for improvement of indicators to better manage activity.
  • Reporting of malfunctions and proposals for improvement on automation via RPA/AI.
  • Ensure the quality of purchasing flow data (contracts, purchase orders, purchase requisitions).

Transversal tasks

  • Support for buyers and operational staff in implementing new processes.
  • Participation in the redesign of the purchasing portal.
  • Support for activities related to Supplier Risk, Compliance, CSR, and IT tools.
  • Purchasing reporting to ensure continuity of services provided.

Required profile :

  • Proficiency in SAP MM
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of English
