This operation is part of a strategy to consolidate the accessible beauty sector in Morocco, driven by urbanization, digitalization, and the rise of omnichannel. A division that manages the marketing of our brands wholesale and through structured distribution across the Kingdom. Our wholesale teams develop and manage a network of partners; parapharmacies, perfumeries, modern trade, to ensure the presence, visibility, and turnover of our brands: Flormar, Dr. Clinic, a mass-market brand for face, body, and hair care, and The Purest Solutions, a clinical skincare brand with strong dermatological credibility.

E-commerce

A growing digital channel, fully integrated into the group's omnichannel strategy, between our websites and marketplaces, offering all our brands to Moroccan consumers with a fluid and modern purchasing experience.

Join a dynamic company in the Cosmetics sector, recognized for its excellence. Located in Bouskoura, this unique opportunity invites you to take on the role of STOCK MANAGER and actively contribute to the fluidity of our supply chain.

Your role will be central in optimizing stock management, ensuring constant product availability while controlling costs. The objective is to guarantee operational efficiency and to meet customer expectations with precision.

Your main missions will include:

• Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate stock rotation.
• Managing physical and cyclical inventories rigorously.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions to optimize stock management processes.
• Analyzing stock data to prevent shortages or overstocks.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in storage areas.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a Bac +3 level of education is required, ideally in Purchasing or Supply Chain. A solid understanding of logistics flows and stock management principles is expected.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably within a demanding environment such as distribution, will be a major asset. You have already proven your ability in managing flows and mastering tracking tools.

Beyond your education, this position requires strong skills in:

• Mastery of stock management tools and ERP software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sense of organization and rigor in execution.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with different teams.
