Join our dynamic team as a Property and Casualty Insurance Manager. 

The main goal is to ensure smooth and efficient management of operations related to property and casualty insurance, contributing to customer satisfaction and adherence to internal procedures.

Your main tasks will include:

- Reporting claims to insurance companies and partners.
- Managing and tracking claims files until compensation.
- Maintaining relationships with insurance companies and experts.
- Analyzing the causes of claims and proposing preventive actions.
- Analyzing coverage and assisting clients in their procedures.
- Ensuring monitoring of legal and regulatory aspects related to claims and insurance.
- Optimizing claims management processes and proposing improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.
- Updating dashboards and providing regular reporting.
 

Required profile :

A 2-year college degree (Bac +2) is required, ideally supplemented by training in Executive Assistant / General Services or Insurance professions.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is necessary. Experience in the banking or financial sector would be a significant asset.
