Job :

- Ensure Purchasing and Supplies:
o Respond to any request within 48 hours for simple quotes and 1 week for offers
o Prepare quotes and get them approved
o Ensure the legal compliance of invoices in relation to the country of origin and destination
o Lead Logistics meetings (Daily 5-minute meeting and weekly meeting)
o Monitor defined and operational logistics KPIs
o Manage suppliers and distributors
- Manage stock
o Extract monthly inventories
o Manage expiration dates
- Ensure transport
o Monitor and optimize transport costs
o Create and update transport matrices
o Manage carriers / freight forwarders
- Continuous Improvement / Constant Progress
o Write / Update procedures / instructions / guides for your sector
o Lead the optimization of your processes
o Report all correction or improvement requests for ERP.aero
 

Required profile :

Diploma: Bac +2 or Bac +3 in Supply Chain / Logistics

Technical skills:

- Organize and optimize stocks and flows, according to defined constraints.
- Master the transport sector: language, codes, methods, procedures, standards, and current regulations
- Knowledge of sourcing
- Aeronautical knowledge will be an asset
