MISSION:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative management of employees at all stages of their journey within the company (employment contract, payroll...).
Proficiency in HRIS tools is necessary for the execution of this mission. Rigor, data confidentiality, analytical and synthesis skills are also essential skills for this job.
ACTIVITIES:
Activities performed:
In collaboration with the HR teams, your missions will include:
• Draw up the various employment contracts and amendments in compliance with regulations and applicable collective agreements.
• Prepare certificates and other administrative documents necessary for the employee.
• Enter and guarantee the employee's administrative information in the HRIS.
• Check activity reports (attendance, absence, etc.).
• Collect and enter payroll elements, check the compliance of payroll slips.
• Produce post-payroll reports necessary for monitoring its activity.
• Declare sick leave and follow up on reimbursements, manage long-term illness and therapeutic part-time files.
• Respond to employee requests regarding HR administration and payroll.
