Job :

In collaboration with the HR teams and various internal stakeholders, your missions will include:

  • Ensure the administrative management of employees (contracts, addendums, certificates, administrative files…)
  • Collect, check, and process variable payroll elements (absences, leave, bonuses, overtime…)
  • Prepare and check pay slips to ensure their compliance
  • Ensure the follow-up of social declarations (CNSS, mutual insurance, social organizations…)
  • Manage files related to absences, sick leave, and other administrative events
  • Update employee information in HRIS / payroll tools
  • Produce necessary HR reporting and tracking reports for the activity
  • Respond to employee requests relating to payroll and personnel administration
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.
