Job :

We are looking for a rigorous, organized IARDT Production Manager with a strong sense of detail to ensure the proper processing and follow-up of insurance contract production operations.
As a key link between insurance companies, the sales department, and various internal stakeholders, this person will guarantee the compliance, reliability, and smoothness of the entire production process.
They will also be responsible for verifying contracts and endorsements, entering them into the system, and handling customer requests within deadlines.
 

Your tasks:

- Receiving and following up on placement templates with insurance companies.
- Monitoring contract production with insurers.
- Receiving, checking, and verifying contracts and endorsements (clauses, guarantees, exclusions) against the approved template.
- Entering contracts and endorsements into the management system.
- Sending contracts and endorsements to the sales department for review and approval.
- Submitting and archiving contracts and endorsements signed by stakeholders (manager, account manager, production manager).
- Handling customer requests related to contracts (insurance delegations, certificates, etc.)
- Filing and organizing administrative files related to production
 
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

- Graduate with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in insurance, management, or commerce.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in IARDT production management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with efficiency, responsiveness, and a sense of priorities.
- Good command of computer tools.
- Rigor, organizational skills, and great attention to detail, ensuring reliable processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
