* Collect and secure regulated savings, particularly deposits from CNSS, the National Savings Bank, legal professions, and consignments.
* Channel long-term savings towards profitable investments that generate socio-economic growth.

Reporting to the Operational Risks Unit, within the Operational Risks and Control Department, which is part of the Risk Management Division, your main responsibilities will be:
• Developing and updating operational risk maps and defining corresponding first-level operational controls;
• Monitoring risk mitigation plans and KRI (Key Risk Indicator) monitoring;
• Analyzing risks related to outsourced activities and monitoring corresponding strengthening plans;
• Analyzing incidents reported within the framework of the operational incident management system, as well as their treatment and follow-up on their resolution;
• Developing various reports related to the aforementioned activities;
• Handling requests within the framework of various projects requiring risk analysis (review of processes and procedures, outsourcing requests, implementation of new IT systems, etc.);
• Participating in awareness and advisory actions on operational risk management for the various CDG structures;
• Participating in the animation of the operational risk management system at the Group level.
• Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering school, Business school, or equivalent;
• Approximately 4 years of professional experience in risk or control functions.
• Knowledge of risk rating techniques, risk management, and internal control;
• Mastery of operational risk management standards and frameworks;
• Analytical and synthesis skills;
• Availability, commitment, rigor;
• Good writing skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit.
