Job :

As part of our business development, we are recruiting a Senior Manager with strong expertise in call centers, focusing on sales and operational management.
Main tasks:
• Lead and optimize sales performance.
• Manage, motivate, and support teams.
• Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure their monitoring.
• Supervise quality processes (listening, evaluation forms, improvement plans).
• Design and conduct training and skill development activities.
• Participate in defining sales strategy and sales scripts.
• Ensure quantitative and qualitative objectives are met.
• Provide structured reporting to Management.

 

Required profile :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a call center, with proven sales expertise.
• Proven experience in one of the following areas:
o Team management,
o Quality control,
o Sales training and coaching.
• Excellent command of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Strong understanding of performance indicators and activity management.
• Age: over 35 years old.
