CRIT Maroc is recruiting for one of its clients: Claims Manager (Sickness, Work Accidents & Automobile)
As part of strengthening the teams of one of our clients, we are recruiting a Claims Manager.
Job :
Missions
- Manage sickness claims files (opening, follow-up, reimbursements and assistance to insured persons).
- Ensure the processing of claims related to work accidents (declaration, follow-up of compensation and coordination with various stakeholders).
- Handle automobile claims (declarations, expert assessments, repairs, compensation and recourse).
- Ensure the follow-up of declarations, compensation and reimbursements.
- Check supporting documents and ensure deadlines are met.
- Carry out regular reporting and ensure procedures and deadlines are respected.
Required profile :
- Bac+2/3 in Insurance, Management, Law or equivalent.
- Previous experience in claims management is desired.
- Rigor, organizational skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office tools.
