Do you want to join an exceptional establishment in the heart of Marrakech, a place where luxury and excellence meet? Our prestigious hotel, a major player in the luxury Hotel / Restaurant sector, is looking for its future General Housekeeper. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise in a stimulating environment and actively contribute to our establishment's brand image.

Your role will be central in maintaining the impeccable standards of excellence and cleanliness that characterize our house. You will be responsible for the aesthetics and comfort of the spaces, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every client. Optimizing resources and efficiently managing teams will also be at the core of your responsibilities.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating all floor, cleaning, and laundry teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and presentation standards for rooms, common areas, and service areas.
  • Managing stocks of linen, welcome amenities, and cleaning products, while optimizing costs.
  • Implementing and monitoring staff schedules for floors and cleaning.
  • Training and motivating teams to maintain a high level of service.
  • Handling specific client requests and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments (reception, maintenance, catering) to ensure operational flow.
  • Participating in the development of departmental budgets and monitoring them.
  • Ensuring the proper condition and presentation of staff uniforms.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Hotel / Restaurant Management or hospitality services.

Significant experience of 10 to 20 years in similar roles, obtained specifically in luxury hotel establishments, is essential. This experience should have allowed you to develop a perfect mastery of quality standards and team management.

We are looking for a person with a strong sense of organization, natural leadership, and great adaptability. Your rigor, attention to detail, and customer service skills will be your greatest assets. An excellent presentation, perfect command of French, and good knowledge of English are also necessary. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
