As part of its growth, Foods & Goods is looking for its future Head of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources.

Reporting to Management, you will play a strategic role in developing the company's human capital. As a true Business Partner to managers, your mission will be to lead the Talent Acquisition strategy while supporting employee development and structuring Human Resources projects.

In a context of strong growth, you will actively contribute to attracting top talent, developing team skills, and evolving HR practices to sustainably support the company's performance.

Your main responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

• Define and lead the company's recruitment strategy.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying the need to onboarding new employees.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Recruit various profiles: sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, IT, marketing, and support functions.
• Advise and support managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure relevant and lasting decisions.
• Monitor recruitment performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.

HR Development & Training

• Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and lead the deployment of the skills development plan.
• Support career management and contribute to talent development to promote employee growth and retention.
• Participate in structuring HR processes and propose actions to support the company's growth.
• Implement and monitor HR indicators to measure the impact of actions taken.

Company Culture & Employer Brand

• Actively contribute to the development of the company culture and promote the values of Foods & Goods among employees.
• Participate in strengthening the employer brand to increase the company's attractiveness and support talent attraction and retention efforts.
• Stay informed about best HR practices and market trends to evolve recruitment and HR development methods.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
• You have a successful experience of at least 5 to 6 years in an HR role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
• You have mastered various sourcing, assessment, and recruitment techniques for operational profiles, managers, and support functions.
• You have ideally worked in the distribution, mass retail, or industrial sectors.
• You have a good knowledge of Moroccan labor law.
• You are recognized for your leadership, organizational skills, autonomy, influence, and results-orientation.
• You appreciate demanding, high-growth environments where HR projects are central to the company's strategy.
