Responsibilities:
Supporting managers and strategic support
Advise and support managers on HR topics (talent management, performance, engagement).
Ensure the implementation of group HR policies in line with local specificities.
Participate in strategic meetings to anticipate human resource needs.
Talent management and skills development
Implement training and employee development plans.
Develop initiatives to foster career development and high-potential management.
Employee engagement and social climate management
Design and monitor actions to improve the employee experience and engagement.
Manage internal surveys and propose appropriate action plans.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and well-being at work.
Performance management and change management
Monitor and analyze HR indicators (turnover, satisfaction, absenteeism, etc.).
Support organizational and digital transformations in coordination with management.
Stay updated on HR trends and propose innovative actions.
Compliance, social relations, and HR administration
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Manage social relations and support negotiations with representative bodies.
Monitor the application of remuneration policies and social benefits.

Required profile :
Profile sought
Technical skills:
Good command of HR practices (talent management, labor law, training, social relations).
Ability to analyze HR KPIs and propose corrective actions.
Knowledge of HR and HRIS tools (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Leadership and ability to influence managers.
Strong business orientation and analytical mind.
Autonomy.
Adaptability and prioritization skills in a constantly evolving environment.
Education and experience:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Work Psychology, or equivalent.
4 to 10 years of experience in an HR role, with some of it as an HRBP.
Experience in a multinational company or in a service-oriented environment is highly appreciated.
Proficiency in English.
