Madaëf uses its knowledge of the sector to develop and operate tourist sites, contributing significantly to the emergence of new tourist destinations, strengthening accommodation capacity, and improving the quality of the national tourism offering.
Leveraging its expertise and that of its various subsidiaries, Madaëf operates in different regions of the Kingdom across the entire tourism value chain: planning, development, and operation of sites. The complementarity of its businesses gives it the ability to develop shared synergies across its sites and to focus its efforts on performance while ensuring dynamic management of its portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of the Human Capital Department, this person will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Implement, produce, and distribute periodic reports;
• Consolidate and analyze HR indicators (KPIs) based on reports from Madaëf sites;
• Ensure the reliability, relevance, and timely submission of data;
• Identify warning signs and propose optimization actions;
• Ensure the submission of HR Dashboards from the BI solution deployed by Madaëf;
• Centralize and process ad-hoc requests from other departments related to HR matters at the sites;
• Prepare and provide HR analyses related to hotels, upon request from the relevant departments (Asset Management, Legal, Operations Control);
• Monitor regulations on HR aspects (labor law, social relations, departure management, union relations…);
• Contribute transversally to projects in which the Human Capital Department is directly involved.
Skills required for the position
• Proficiency in HR indicators and HR steering practices;
• Mastery of IT tools necessary for reporting and HR management (advanced Excel, Power BI, HRIS solutions);
• Rigor and strong data analysis capabilities;
• Awareness of new HR trends;
• Mastery of labor law, social legislation, and tax regulations;
• Knowledge of the tourism industry and hotel business.
