Provide advice and support for the HR function at its site:
Advise and support managers on all HR issues and call upon specialized internal expertise if necessary
Provide support in the daily management of teams: organization, absenteeism, discipline, performance, development, and help them integrate the HR variable into their strategic decisions
Ensure the harmonization and correct application of HR practices on the ground
Promote the human resources function to the operational managers of the site
Propose updates to procedures to the Human Capital Department to adapt them to the reality on the ground
Deploy HR development policy and processes within its scope:
Participate in workforce planning in line with the needs of production, maintenance, and support functions
Identify key and critical skill needs
Contribute to performance evaluation campaigns and skills development
Support the implementation of training and development plans
Participate in talent pipeline and succession planning
Gather recruitment needs with managers
Support recruitment in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team
Promote internal mobility and talent development
Monitor the integration of new hires and ensure their smooth onboarding
Participate in the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes
Act as the interface between operational needs and central HR expertise
Supervise payroll and HR administration:
Supervise preparatory payroll work and check the accuracy of its elements (compliance and authorization of payroll elements)
Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of payroll and personnel administration data in the HRIS, as well as their real-time updating, and propose improvements to modules if necessary.
Implement HR administration procedures and ensure their compliance
Ensure the implementation of occupational health services at its site: annual visits, return-to-work visits, feedback, monitoring of the occupational physician's presence, etc.
Ensure the implementation of insurance management procedures defined by the DCH
Propose and implement measures to optimize the site's payroll
Foster social dialogue and ensure a high-quality social climate:
Prepare and co-chair meetings between site management and employee representatives and the health and safety committee
Support managers in managing sensitive or individual situations
Participate in the prevention of social tensions and human risks
Work in conjunction with HR, legal, and, where applicable, social partners
Manage and report on HR activities:
Monitor the site's monthly HR indicators (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, training, performance, mobility, etc.), propose an action plan for improvement, and monitor its implementation
Produce HR analyses useful for decision-making
Alert on organizational, social, or human risks
Contribute to the preparation of HR reviews and the consolidation of HR data
Develop and manage employees:
Determine resource needs
Conduct recruitment interviews
Propose training plans for employees
Conduct annual performance reviews and progress interviews
Participate in the Group's continuous improvement projects:
Propose and/or lead continuous improvement projects at the departmental level
Participate in and/or lead cross-functional projects.
Required profile :
Job access requirements:
Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in human resources management or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in human resources management, preferably in a multi-site group in an industrial environment.
