Job :
Design and integration of e-Learning modules:
Develop interactive and dynamic modules using Articulate Storyline, following pedagogical and technical specifications.
Integrate multimedia content (texts, images, videos, animations, quizzes) to make learning paths engaging.
Adapt modules to SCORM/xAPI standards for optimal compatibility with LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.
Collaboration with pedagogical teams:
Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts to translate needs into technical solutions.
Participate in content reviews and suggest improvements to optimize the user experience.
Ensure the graphic and ergonomic consistency of modules with the company or client's visual identity.
Testing and optimization:
Perform functional and technical tests to ensure module quality (browser compatibility, responsive design, accessibility).
Correct bugs and make adjustments based on user feedback or content evolution.
Document integration processes and train teams on using Storyline tools if necessary.
Technological watch:
Stay informed about new Articulate Storyline features and digital learning trends (microlearning, gamification, virtual reality, etc.).
Propose innovations to enrich the training offer (e.g., integration of interactive videos, branched scenarios, etc.).
Required profile :
Technical skills:
Mandatory proficiency: Articulate Storyline (recent versions), Articulate Rise (a plus).
Additional skills:
Knowledge of e-Learning standards (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, AICC).
Experience with other authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.) or video/audio editing software (a plus).
Basic graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ergonomics (UI/UX).
Ability to use LMS (Moodle, Cornerstone, 360Learning, etc.).
Languages: Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript for advanced customization.
Soft skills:
Rigor and attention to detail to ensure error-free deliverables.
Creativity and innovation sense to propose interactive learning solutions.
Autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team spirit and ability to communicate clearly with non-technical profiles.
