Job :

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development and retention of a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will be in charge of managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying business opportunities to negotiation, contracting, and project monitoring.

Main missions:

  • Identify and prospect for clients and business opportunities in line with the company's commercial strategy;
  • Develop turnover and retain a portfolio of key accounts;
  • Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with technical teams;
  • Respond to technical consultations and requests for proposals (RFQs);
  • Participate in the development of commercial offers and quotes;
  • Manage commercial negotiations and ensure the conclusion of contracts;
  • Act as the interface between clients and internal teams: Design Office, R&D, Production, Quality, and Project Managers;
  • Follow projects until the qualification of initial samples;
  • Monitor margins, business profitability, and commercial performance indicators;
  • Conduct commercial and competitive intelligence and provide weekly reports to management.

These responsibilities correspond to the main areas of activity detailed in the job description: commercial strategy, portfolio development, technical pre-sales, tenders, and performance monitoring.


Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent training;
  • Professional experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar role;
  • Mandatory experience in the industrial, automotive, or aeronautical sector, particularly in the plastics industry;
  • Good understanding of industrial processes and technical environments;
  • Experience in managing and developing strategic accounts;
  • Proficiency in the complete sales cycle, tenders, commercial negotiation, and closing;
  • Ability to read and understand specifications and technical requirements;
  • Proficiency in IT tools: Office Suite, ERP, and CRM;
  • Fluent French and English are essential;
  • Availability for professional travel in Morocco and internationally.

Qualities sought: excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, results-oriented, autonomy, rigor, analytical thinking, adaptability, and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
