Job :
As part of this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Creation and management of indicators (KPI) adapted to business needs
- Creation and configuration of Dynatrace/grafana panels (tiles) adapted to different real-time operational and decision-making needs.
- Implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace alerts (alerting profiles, anomaly detection, dynamic baselines, custom thresholds).
- Update of dashboards / alerts in grafana.
- Technical analysis in case of problems.
- Unit technical tests.
- Analysis and technical scoping with SPOs.
- Follow-up of technical requests with suppliers (Aeris, Redbend).
Technical documentation on confluence.
Required profile :
Degree: Master's degree (Bac+5)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
