Job :

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer specialized in schematics and equipment to join our project team in the railway field. You will be responsible for the design, validation, and monitoring of electrical schematics, as well as the definition of equipment for onboard systems (trains, electrical subsystems).

A. Electrical Schematics

Create or update electrical schematics (wiring, power supply, controls).

Lead or execute wiring diagrams for harnesses and connections.

Verify and review schematics to ensure their technical and regulatory compliance.

Develop or update synoptic diagrams for an overview of the systems.

Update schematic lists (connectors, terminal blocks, devices, cables).

Define a preliminary segregation of cables into harnesses to optimize integration.

Prepare document packages for detailed electrical design.

B. Equipment Definition

Write or monitor technical specifications for electrical products:

• Circuit breakers, relays, terminal blocks, contactors.
• Design or update electrical cabinet specifications (dimensions, components, standards).

Define specifications for complex electrical systems:

• Buttons, switches, indicators, headlights, converters, etc.

Consult and monitor suppliers for:

• Component selection.
• Delivery monitoring and product compliance.
• Validate technical data sheets and prototypes provided by subcontractors.

Required profile :

• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, or embedded systems.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in electrical design (ideally in railway, aeronautics, or heavy industry).
• Knowledge of Standards: Experience with railway standards (EN 50126, EN 50128, etc.) and functional safety processes (RAMS).
