The SOCIETE DE DEVELOPPEMENT DES SERVICES PUBLICS DE DISTRIBUTION S.A. is a Local Development company, whose missions are to participate in the management and development of Public Distribution Services, through services such as:

• Support in the financial and financial engineering field, and in mobilizing and managing funding;
• Monitoring and evaluation of the management and performance indicators related to Public Services;
• Management of financing debts related to distribution activities;
• Harmonization of common rules and processes concerning the management of Public Services.

Our company supports players in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Groupments de Collectivités Territoriales) and SRMs (Sociétés Régionales Multiservices).

Job :

We are looking for a profile of "Hydraulics or environment Engineer" for our entity in Oujda

Main responsibilities of the position:

• Examine and study annual investment budgets, forecast programs, and multi-year investment plans;
• Ensure monitoring of investment budget execution and carry out controls of investment projects through site visits;
• Value investment files;
• Examine tender files and assist in the award process of contracts (administrative opening, technical, validation of the technical assessment report, financial opening …) ;
• Prepare and launch technical audits, and monitor their execution;
• Audit the technical procedures in place;
• Monitor technical performance, ensuring compliance with contractual objectives;
• Follow the evolution of techniques, technologies, Standards, and regulations;
• Control the improvement of network management and operation and ensure the implementation of necessary means and tools for technical management;
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of network plans on the GIS;
• Ensure the implementation of decisions from the Monitoring Committee regarding investments.

Other: Possess a "B" driving license
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• You have a State Engineer diploma or equivalent in hydraulics or environment.
• You have more than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have a good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office)
• Proficiency in technical software related to the activity is an asset.
