Civil Engineering Site Supervisor / Fixed-Term Contract

Job :

Reporting to the Urban Planning Department, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the overall technical, administrative, and financial management of the project,
• Coordinating with the various stakeholders carrying out work on the site,
• Daily monitoring of the work execution,
• Checking the conformity of the work execution with the contractual requirements,
• Preparing the daily report of activities carried out by the companies,
• Preparing progress reports,
• Organizing and holding weekly site meetings, writing and sending minutes,
• Checking and verifying execution plans,
• Participating in the preparation of measurements and attachments,
• Planning and scheduling interventions for tests and controls by external laboratory organizations,
• Ensuring in-depth analysis of results from external laboratories and topographic reception forms, both internal and external,
• Ensuring the company implements safety and signage measures on the construction site,
• Guaranteeing that the company implements the necessary safety and signage devices on the construction site,
• Participating in the various receptions of works and equipment on site,
• Reporting any event or incident that occurred at the work site to the project owner's representatives,
• Participating in tests and reception on the construction site and at supplier factories, as well as in the analysis of test documents.
   

Required profile :

• Civil Engineering Site Supervisor,
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role,
• Knowledge of specific regulations and standards in the field,
• Excellent writing skills,
• Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,
• Organization, availability, interface management,
• Team spirit.
