About the mission:

As part of strengthening its Cyber Expertise team, our client, a major player in telecommunications, is looking for a B2B Cybersecurity Governance Consultant.

You will join a team responsible for cybersecurity governance with Major Account clients. This mission is primarily functional: it is not a technical SOC or cybersecurity expert position, but a role of interface, consulting, and governance.

You will be the point of contact for sales and operational teams to respond to client requests regarding cybersecurity, compliance, and business continuity.

Your missions:

• Ensure the writing, updating, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity documentation (Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, security reports, procedures, methods, etc.).
• Respond to security questionnaires, tenders, audits, and requests from Major Account clients.
• Be the preferred contact for CISOs and client teams on cybersecurity governance topics.
• Understand client environments and business challenges to provide appropriate responses.
• Participate in the definition and industrialization of response processes (process digitalization, Jira, knowledge base, etc.).
• Maintain and enrich a documentary base centralizing questions/answers and security standards.
• Participate in the improvement of the security indicator catalog and the materials used in security committees.
• Conduct risk analyses and contribute to security audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative requirements (GDPR, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001...).
• Contribute to the design and improvement of an AI agent to automate responses to security questionnaires.

Profile sought:

• We are primarily looking for a functional profile, capable of understanding cybersecurity issues without being a technical SOC expert.
• You have, among other things:
• Experience in cybersecurity governance or GRC.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication adapted to high-level contacts (CISOs, Major Account clients).
• A good understanding of complex environments and IT ecosystems.
• Ability to formalize methods, procedures, and reference documents.
• A culture of processes and continuous improvement.
• Good knowledge of regulations and standards:

• Knowledge of telecom networks and operator environments is highly appreciated.
