Job :

As a Machinery Mechanical Inspector, you will be in charge of:

• Perform regular inspections on mechanical equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Measure pressures and temperatures on equipment to assess their operating condition.
• Analyze data collected during inspections and measurements to detect anomalies and signs of malfunction.
• Write detailed inspection reports identifying problems, repair recommendations, and necessary preventive actions.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan corrective and preventive maintenance interventions based on inspection results.
• Follow up on maintenance actions performed after inspections to verify their effectiveness.
• Apply the ZMSM / AYA GODL & SILVER safety standard.
• Follow internal safety training.
• Ensure the safety of colleagues at the workstation.
• Report any safety anomalies in the workstation to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain safe behavior
• Ensure respect for the environment.
• Respect waste sorting.
• Avoid spilling oil in the workplace.
• Report any environmental anomalies in the workstation to the shift supervisor. 

 Job location: Zgounder Mine, Askaoun Commune, Taliouine Cercle, Taroudant Province.

Working hours: 23 days work / 7 days off rotation

Required profile :

Holder of a Bac + 2 (equivalent to a two-year college degree) in Mechanics or Industrial Maintenance.

You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in machinery maintenance.

Required skills:

• In-depth knowledge of mechanics and equipment inspection.
• Understanding of vibration and temperature measurement principles.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to equipment inspection.
• Ability to perform methodical and precise inspections.
• Proficiency in vibration and temperature measurement techniques.
• Ability to analyze collected data and identify potential problems.
• Autonomy and rigor in task execution.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills to report inspection results.
